Ideal for preparing bruschetta and as a condiment for meat-based main courses, it goes naturally with pasta, preferably seasoning it at the end of cooking with a sprinkling of pistachio grains. Keep in a cold and dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume it within a week.
