CHARACTERIZING INGREDIENTS: Cow's milk mozzarella, water, courgette flowers, mix for batter, mix for bechamel, milk powder, breadcrumbs, anchovies, turmeric, sunflower oil. PREPARATION: TRADITIONAL OVEN - Place the product on special trays and cook in a hot oven at 200 C for about 7-8 minutes separately from other products; for a better yield it is recommended to partially defrost and bake in a hot oven at 200 c for 6-7 minutes.
