Unlike traditional ladyfingers, which have the classic parallelepiped shape and are dry inside, they are beautifully large and remain soft, they are perfect breakfast biscuits, in short! In reality, however, the difference lies only in the shape and degree of cooking (cooking them a few more minutes, they dry). Excellent on their own, bathed in milk or covered with hazelnut cream or jam, Sicilian ladyfingers are truly a delicacy!
